Together towards a sustainable future

AVZ-Group is committed to a lower ecological footprint by reducing energy consumption and actively reducing CO₂ emissions with the CO₂-Performanceladder, in which we have been certified at level 3 since 2022. We optimise our production by carefully separating waste, minimising sawing and cutting losses and making our packaging plastic-free. With sustainable, recyclable materials and the inclusion of our product portfolio in the National Environmental Database, we provide reliable environmental data for stakeholders, allowing our products to contribute to more sustainable buildings.

We are committed to making our operations and products more sustainable. Making life cycle analyses (LCAs) plays an important role in this. LCAs provide great insight into the total environmental impact of its products: from raw material to recycling. As a result, our SolidScreens, Roller shutters, Drop arm awnings and Markisolettes have been included in the highest category of the National Environmental Database. This provides external stakeholders with the most relevant data that can be used when designing and calculating the environmental impact of buildings.

Deeds not words - our valuable contribution

At AVZ-Group, we not only consider it important to contribute to a better environment, but also to society. This comes together in our commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). This is how we work every day towards a more sustainable and better future for everyone.

We are proud of the various projects through which we make a positive contribution to society. Whether it's through sponsorship, as in the case of Solar Team Eindhoven, or supplying products for events such as the NAC Street League final days (see photos), we gladly commit ourselves. We are also particularly proud of our long-term partnership with KWF, which has been running since 2010. It is important for us to contribute in this way and we are grateful that we can mean something to society through these initiatives.
